South Pointe Strategy gets its name from South Pointe Park in Miami Beach, Florida. It’s where Biscayne Bay meets the Atlantic and the city’s lights and sounds fade into the ocean’s. It’s a place where our founder, Ashu, would go to think about particularly challenging client issues. The park’s surroundings helped him take a step back, see the big picture, and collect his thoughts. South Pointe Strategy brings the qualities of quiet reflection, calmness, and clarity to its engagements and helps clients focus, organize the chaos, and create solutions that propel their organizations forward.
Ashu Dalvi
Founder
Ashu is a strategy and operations consultant who loves working on ambiguous problems and solutioning with peers and clients.
Previously, he spent time with various firms including Kearney, Eagle Hill Consulting, and Slalom Consulting where he was helping build the San Francisco office’s Strategy & Operations capability.
He has worked across various industries including tech, consumer products, government, and non-profit on topics ranging from developing partner channel strategies for SaaS clients to redesigning customer service processes for a transportation company.
Ashu is also a former practicing Intellectual Property lawyer who spends his free time with his dogs, playing flag football, making cooking videos, and intensely watching University of Michigan basketball and football.
